sorry that I'm not here to adopt your kitten. I don't really understand why you don't want to take them to the West with you. But I sincerely recommend you bring them back to your home country. As I know, the process bring cats from Taiwan overseas is not that difficult and expensive. Otherwise, Taiwan is not alerting area of hydrophobia. If you bring animals to other country, you could bring them home on the same day you arrive.
I have myself two cats. I also plan to study abroad in the future, so I'm planning bring my cats overseas too. You said that it's Yuanfen, and you don't want these two kitten to be apart. I guess maybe they don't want to leave you either. Why not?
In Taiwan, the situation outside is not as easy as in the west. There are a lot of rough cars, motorcycles, stray dogs, unfriendly people who always want to poison stray animals even if they are not really stray animals. One study said that stray cats in Taiwan can live only about 3 years. These are only few of a lot of reasons why we LOCK our cats as pets at home. I think it's great to respect cat's nature and let them be outside. If I have a house, then so will I. However, most of us live in apartment. I live in 4th floor. How could I really let my cats out?
Thank you to give these two poor kittens a home. Please continue giving them a beloved home. :)

mimi-thank you for your reply. You're right, they would probably like to be with me, but considering I'll not be heading home to my home country but travelling and working, it's impossible. I'm still trying to find them a good place, looking every day (off-line).
